Banquet Event Policy

SERVICE and TAX:
All prices shown and quoted are subject to a 8 3/4% food tax, 8 3/4% beverage tax, and 18% gratuity for lunch and a 20% gratuity for dinner.

GUARANTEE:
A guaranteed number of guests must be received one week prior to your event and must be in writing. Andrea’s will prepare for 5% over your guaranteed number of guests. If the guaranteed number of guests is changed within a week’s period, Andrea’s will reserve the right to substitute entrees for the additional number of guests.

PAYMENT:
Please remember that full payment is due upon conclusion of your event, unless prior credit arrangements have been made with Andrea’s, (which will require verification and your signature on the guest check at the end of your function).

DAMAGE:
You will be charged for any damage by any of your guests to Andrea’s property or contents of the room where your event is being held.
